Food was great. Service was off. First, we were missing some cutlery. Not a big deal, but the staff was hard to get hold of, hanging around in the bar. Then, we realize that the brunch arrived with no bread. We had to actually demonstrate that the menu did in fact say «bread» (after the slow process of contacting the staff once more). Otherwise a nice experience.

Pretty good burgers, I do think that the buns are a big too big and take up most of the experience, where I think the patties should be what's centric. The waiters were nice, but not very attentive and had to routinely catch waiters to order drinks and the like.

We were welcomed so warmly and received absolutely amazing service. Leon truly has an eye for detail, and he’s incredibly good at making guests feel seen while also being great at small talk. The food came very quickly, and we were often asked if everything was okay, which we really appreciated. And the food tasted incredible! We ordered four Caesar salads and one burger, and everything was perfect. My friends and I would honestly travel back from Norway to Copenhagen just to come here again. We’re already looking forward to our next visit. We even received a lollipop as a goodbye gift, which made the experience even more special. Thank you so much, Cafe Phenix, and an extra big thank you to the wonderful waiter Leon!

Service: A very warm welcome meets you as you sit on the chairs. Communication and service is nice, they are so kind to each and every guest. Atmosphere: Located on the corner of Grabrødretorv square, all tables are heated well in cold weather. A great spot to have a meal after city tour Food: Sandwiches were beyond my expectation, the meat was tender and juicy. Bread was freshly baked, warm, crispy crust and soft inside. Yogurt sauce was a delicious touch to sandwich. The fries was also very tasty, they were cut by hand and deep fried freshly, served with a nice sauce. I had to update my comments about the menu, because we stopped for dinner on my last day in Copenhagen. Tenderloin was cooked precisely medium, extremely juicy, perfectly seasoned, served at perfect temperature! Mushroom sauce was a delicate touch to the dish, vegetables were tasty and well prepared. Their wines were also nice. Mr Ali Osman the chef knows very well how to treat a good quality meat! I personally thank him for the dishes and his kindness. Highly recommended!
