What an amazing Welcome by Angel. My first time in Copenhagen and I saw a floating bar/restaurant on a sunny day. Greeted with a smile and a cold beer. I could have spent the entire day there. Thank you Angel
Beautiful place. Considerate people. When they had a full kitchen, they kindly told me the actual waiting time before ordering, even when it means to lose me as a customer. Respect! One day I come back.
Had a surreal experience her with two friends. We went for the public session with a facilitator- definitely one of the most grounding, introspective and calming experiences I’ve had. Andreas was an amazing facilitator, his calm and grounded energy transmuted to many of us and set a great tone alongside his impeccable taste in music and sound. Would highly recommend a visit. On top of that the pizza was amazing and came in good time.
Green Island Pizza was one of those places where you sit down planning for a quick meal and end up wishing you had room for more. The woodfired pizzas were excellent. The spicy pizza had just the right kick without overpowering the flavor of the crust, and the basil pizza was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Both had that great woodfired character with a crisp exterior, chewy interior, and subtle smoky flavor that makes you remember why woodfired pizza is worth seeking out. The burrata plate was also fantastic. The sourdough bread tasted incredibly fresh with a crisp crust and soft, airy interior that paired perfectly with the creamy burrata. The beer was cold, the atmosphere was lively, and even with kids in tow we felt completely comfortable. There happened to be a private party during our visit, and whoever was celebrating looked like they were having the time of their lives. It gave the whole restaurant an infectious energy that made the evening even more fun. Great food, great vibe, and the kind of place that reminds you pizza is supposed to be a good time. Highly recommended.
Great sauna spot with a really relaxing atmosphere and clean facilities. The highlight for us was definitely the pizza: fresh, flavorful, and high quality. The only downside was the wait time: we had to wait about 35 minutes for our pizza, which felt a bit long, especially when you’re hungry after a sauna session. Overall, still a very enjoyable experience. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait if you plan to eat there.
