“MASH” means Modern American Steak House and that is exactly what this place is. The team behind Le Sommelier and Restaurant Umami has created a modern steak house with rooms spread out over two floors, and one of the owners, Rasmus Oubæk, is also the Head Chef at “MASH”.
The ambience is trendy and American style with red leather sofas, mirrors and spacious rooms; and the food is excellent – especially the steaks!
The Wagyu beef comes from the finest cattle and is the Rolls-Royce among steaks.
At “MASH” you can order 200 grams of the delicious gourmet meat from Jack’s Creek in Australia, for the special price of 750 DKK.
You combine your own main course, by choosing meat, vegetables and side dishes from a varied and well combined menu. Grilled fish and lobster or chicken is an option for those who aren’t very keen on big steaks.
There is a great bar in the main restaurant, offering a bar food menu if you aren’t that hungry, and the bartender mixes excellent cocktails. Try the MASH Signature Margarita with white tequila, fresh lime and eucalyptus for 100 DKK or a pint of the house beer, exclusively brewed for “MASH” in Germany. The steak house also has an impressive collection of American wines.
