Here’s a tip: many Chinese spots in Copenhagen shy away from the super spicy Sichuan style, but if you ask, some will adjust the heat for you. Also, the city’s Chinese communities are small but close-knit, so restaurants often change; keep an eye on local food blogs for the latest underground finds.
