Reviews
We arrived without a reservation, and the upstairs dining room was fully booked. The staff suggested we check downstairs, where we were lucky to find two seats that had just become available at the bar. The restaurant is small and intimate, with seating for only about 20 guests, creating a warm and lively atmosphere. The music was great, and the overall vibe made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was exceptional. We had edamame, gyoza, handmade noodle dishes, and the cucumber salad, and every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. You can really tell that everything is made with care. The cocktail I ordered, made with ginger and yuzu, was outstanding and paired perfectly with the meal. The service was friendly throughout the evening, although a little more attentiveness from the bartenders would have made the experience even better. Overall, this was an excellent dining experience. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance, even if you plan to sit at the downstairs bar.
Great atmosphere, great music, the employees are so kind and charismatic, and the food is the best ive had. I come here whenever i have the chance, and im never disappointed. 10/10 deff recommend! They have an upstairs (not pictured) which is more restaurant-esque, and then the downstairs (pictured here) which is more bar-esque. Both are atmospherically so comfy and cozy. Im very sensitive to noise and I dont have an issue here even when its crowded🎀
I will admit that I was reluctant to go here when I saw the price of the dim sum. I have experienced really amazing dim sum from NYC, LA and SF at affordable to moderate prices. I have also experienced opulent dim sum in Vegas with luxious ingredients. With a 119 DKK for 4 pieces of dim sum I was expecting Vegas quality and luxury. What I got was yes the best siu mai I have tasted in Europe (only other comparison was in Barcelona), but only mid anywhere else. We also ordered some Gaozi veggie which tasted super oily (not worth it). The stewed beef soup was good as well as the fried tofu with vegetables. If you go here, order from the sides, rice & noodles, and wok & pot of the menu. Boycott the dim sum sections entirely. I can’t imagine living here and tolerating the price gouging. I went somewhere else for dim sum the next day. The siu mai was not as good (not less by much though) but I was also able to order the har gow and chicken feet plus a beef noodle. Go somewhere else for dim sum.
We had a fantastic dinner at Hidden Dimsum! The dim sums were made fresh and all tasted amazing. We absolutely loved every dish. Relaxed atmosphere and great staff. Highly recommend!
Amazing food and very friendly staff. We had the tasting menu where we got to try different dishes - my husband had the regular and I had the pescetarian version. My husband was extremely happy with the duck and I loved the dim sum, especially the squid and mushroom ones. The place is cozy, but a bit small, so I would advise people to reserve a table. We will definitely come back!
