My favorit thing about Bento next to the menu is its ambient charm❤️ Unfortunately it’s very difficult to get a reservation, we tried for over a year, that says a lot about how popular it is. It’s an original Japanese 🇯🇵 restaurant not Asian pretending to be from Japan. Japanese are perfectionist and you taste that in the delicious food. The place is unpretentious located in a cozy charming basement in “Vesterbro” the hip and former red light district next to the Grand main train station. The staff / owners are extremely friendly and welcoming 🙏 Prices are very reasonable.
I felt like I was back home in Japan 🇯🇵 The vibe, the service, the FOOD - everything was perfect. The gyoza was especially scrumptious. If only I lived here, I’d be back every week 😆 Thank you for the delicious food and wonderful memories! ✨
Wonderful little restaurant run by a Japanese family with authentic food and lovely service. The sashimi platter was delicious as was all the other food. Sake selection is small but good.
Wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable. The atmosphere felt very authentic and the place has a great charm. The food was outstanding. The food was some of the best we’ve had, and the katsu curry was absolutely delicious - perfectly cooked and full of flavour. A fantastic spot with amazing food and lovely people. Highly recommended when visiting Copenhagen.
