Description

Tour along the streets of old Copenhagen with a local guide, who will explain the process of the changing of the guards at the palaces. After the change, walk around and learn about the palace at Amalienborg. First, meet your guide at the army barracks in Gothersgade, where you’ll learn about the history of these guards. Then, at 11:30 AM, as the guards begin their walk towards Amalienborg Palace, hear about why they go on the route from your local guide. Once at the palace, you’ll experience the changing of the guards at noon. Finally, after the change has been completed, walk around the palace square with your guide and learn about the square.
