Very friendly, welcoming staff and nice service. Great location and waterfront view, especially if you reserve a table by window. Nicely plated, tasty food. A bit pricey, but the quality of the food was very good. Just the waiting time is extremely long - our order was taken 35 minutes after we arrived and it took another half an hour to finally start enjoying the food.

Went for dinner and it was amazing. We weren’t staying in the hotel but were staying across the road. The staff were lovely and attentive and didn’t rush your experience. Food was 10/10.

We have recently stayed for 2 weeks at the hotel and were very impressed with the hospitality from the team at the restaurant. They always greets you with smile and warm welcome in every morning we went there for breakfast. •Agustina, Anne and many other staff there were professional and polite. They engaged with customers in a warmth approach and very responsive to every request. •The sea view from the window is very scenic. We always enjoys sitting by the window. •The spread of breakfast is undoubtedly impressed us with quality of each dish that they served. They provided 2 coffee machines which is very helpful especially when the crowd is larger during week ends. Thank you to the team for an unforgettable experience.

We were staying at the Marriott Copenhagen and decided to try Pier Restaurant for dinner on our first night, expecting a comfortable hotel dining experience. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. On the first evening, we walked in to enquire about a reservation. The manager’s attitude was cold and unwelcoming. There was no apology or attempt to explain — we were simply told, bluntly, that the restaurant was fully booked and that the earliest availability would be 9pm. No alternatives were offered. Even if tables were only available for a limited time slot, the proper approach would have been to explain the situation and let diners decide whether they were comfortable proceeding, instead of outright dismissing us with a vague “fully booked” statement. The following day, we returned around 3pm to make a reservation for 7pm. Even then, the staff could not clearly confirm whether tables were available. Instead, we were informed that they were already out of fish and mussels. Considering the menu is already very limited, this reflects poor planning and ordering management by the kitchen or management team. When we finally sat down for dinner, the service deteriorated further. For a full 15 minutes, no one came to take our order. There were only two waitresses on duty, and the manager was nowhere to be seen assisting them in what was supposedly a “fully booked” restaurant. To make matters worse, a table that arrived after us had their order taken first, while we were completely ignored. We eventually had to call out to another waitress with a slightly displeased tone — something we never intended, but felt forced to do due to the lack of attention. By the time our order was finally taken, we had already been seated for about 20 minutes. Food service was extremely slow. We were in the restaurant from 7pm until nearly 8:15pm, and throughout that entire period, the restaurant was never actually full. The photo attached was taken as we were leaving and clearly shows that the restaurant was not full at all. This raises serious doubts about the repeated claim of being “fully booked.” To make matters worse, the steak we ordered was overcooked and very tough, which was disappointing after such a long wait. Overall, the experience was marked by slow service, cold and unfriendly attitudes, poor staffing, weak management, and subpar food execution. This is not what one would expect from a restaurant in a Marriott hotel. Significant improvements are needed in service standards, communication, kitchen planning, and overall management.

Cozy restaurant with friendly employees. Great variation of the fruit and cakes. What I missed? Some of the vegetables and meat. I know it was a brunch but I would appreciate having at least a sausage or a chicken breast. Otherwise, I loved the carrot juice, caviar with salmon and focaccia with pesto. I believe it was worth the price. 👍
