Riz Raz - Steaks N Veggies
Riz Raz has become famous for its cheap, affordable prices, excellent meat and the large vegetable buffet with different south European specialties and its cold and warm dishes. There are two Riz Raz restaurants in Copenhagen, with two different main course concepts: “Sticks’N’Veggies” on Kompagnistræde serving fish and meat skewers, and “Steaks’N’Veggies” on St. Kannikestræde serving steaks.
Riz Raz “Steaks’N’Veggies” is mainly a great place for steak lovers; t-bone, different kinds of beef steaks, entrecote and chicken breast are on the menu and lamb, roach beef and tuna steaks can be ordered in ladies and gentlemen sizes. Choose between different sauces like béarnaise, smoked chipotle chili, ginger & coriander, olive & parsley, garlic & parmesan, or sun dried tomato-rosemary & port wine, to go with the main course. You don’t have to be a meat eater to go here, as the well-filled and very fresh vegetable buffet is a real treat and can be ordered as a full course for lunch and dinner.
Riz Raz “Steaks’N’Veggies” has a beautiful and romantic summer garden full of flowers, herbs and green plants, where you can enjoy your lunch in the afternoon sun or a candle light dinner in the evening.
The restaurant offers a children’s menu with meatballs, pasta and pancakes, and all Riz Raz “Steaks’N’Veggies” dishes are for take-away. A great idea in the summer is the picnic meal ready to pick up, with plastic plates and cutlery for 165 DKK p.p. Please note that it needs to be ordered in advance.
Breakfast is being served from 9.30 am and the delicious, full breakfast with dishes like Spanish tortilla, marinated salmon, parsley yoghurt and homemade strawberry marmalade costs 120 DKK.
There is a special treat for parents: Included in the price is free babysitting in the children’s room while you are enjoying your food.
