The food was very good and everything we ordered was delicious. Two of the waitresses were incredibly kind, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. However, we were disappointed that it wasn't possible to split the bill according to what each family ordered. Instead, the waiter gave us the receipt and asked us to calculate it ourselves. As we were three families dining together, this was quite complicated and took away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.
Excellent restaurant! Everything was perfect – the service, the waiters, and the overall atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and efficient. We were amazed by how quickly the food arrived – literally only 5 minutes after we placed our order. The service was fast, professional, and well organized. Everything was clean, tidy, and well maintained. The food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back!
Split decision between people at our table. Some thougt it was amazing food, I didn't think my food was the best, it was ok but lacking taste, well prepared but I've had better Italian food. Staff was nice except the waiter that insisted on the pizza she came with, was one we ordered... It was not, lucky a nother waiter came and safed the day by ordering the right pizza and 5 minutes later we could all have our dinner together, 5 stars to the waiter saving our evening, 1 star to the waiter arguing abot the pizza we did not order. We had a nice table at the window, looking out on a decorated Tivoli while it was getting dark, perfect location. If you want to go here, you should book a table, most Tivoli restaurants are full, especially in the weekends.
