Very tasty 6 course tasting menu in a lovely, tranquil restaurant. I was travelling alone and it wasn't too difficult to get a booking for 1. Get the bread and butter...was so good and was a nice portion that went well with the quantity of the 6 courses.

Excellent food. We were 5 persons to have a 6 course meal with extra snacks between some of the courses. Very interesting and very tasty dishes. A very good experience. Some of the gaiters were very quick and professional, but one were a big forgetful. Fortunately the food was so good we could overlook the forgetfulness of the one waiter.

Our dining experience started out on a very high note. The initial courses featured fantastic, typical Danish dishes that really hit the mark in terms of flavor and presentation. Unfortunately, the menu lost its momentum starting from the main course. Even though the chicken itself was prepared well and stayed very moist, it simply wasn't the level of creativity or substance you expect from a tasting menu of this caliber. Following that, we decided to opt for the extra cheese course, which turned out to be a major disappointment, it consisted of just 5 small slices of the exact same cheese. The meal concluded with a rhubarb dessert, but by then the excitement had tapered off compared to the strong start. Beyond the food, basic attention to detail in the service and hardware was lacking. My water glass had a noticeable chip in it, and one of our wine glasses, we enjoyed a 2018 Carnuntum, was also chipped. While the staff replaced them after we pointed it out, none of the new glasses brought to the table were completely clean. A place with this potential and these prices needs much better quality control.

My wife and I had one evening in Copenhagen on a layover and had our dinner here. I was stunned by the quality of food we had. We’ve both dined at 1-3* places and in terms of food quality and sheer deliciousness, this was as good as any. There was no misses. Perfectly seasoned food, with creative flair, and local ingredients. You could pay double at a starred restaurant and get artistic plating done with tweezers, but I don’t think it’d be any more delicious. Top notch.

We chose this restaurant by chance without any specific plan, and we were truly surprised by what we experienced. The food was creative and every dish was executed with excellent quality. Each plate felt thoughtful and well-crafted. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our meal. Prices were reasonable considering the quality offered. The space was warm and cozy, although slightly small. The location is also convenient, close to the city center. Overall, a lovely and unexpected dining experience that we would happily return to.
