Lovely gastronomical experience in a cosy counter-sitting Michelin recommended restaurant. Great wine list and fine winepairing. A little more attention from the waiters is wanted towards empty wineglasses (especially if they try to reach out for a Michelin star next year)
Wow they know how to cook. Our menu was dominated by seafood, prepared expertly and to perfection. With a pigion serving as the main dish, they are not just trying to throw beef at you, ubtill you shut up, but actually serves you an unbelievably well prepared bird. To make it more fascinating, they are using as much of the animals as possible. Creating dishes of all the bones and "leftovers". The wine list is very nice. The waiter guided nicely among the bottle picks, if you don't go for pairing (and I recommend you do not). If you are vegan, gluten intolerant or have any other dietary requirements, make sure you check their website... They do not cater to special requirements, and they provide ample warning. But do go there - enjoy the food, the mood and the seating
Absolutely delicious. I am not a fan of bar seating but the food is fantastic.
Again, doubt that there must be an M-star on the way to Magny. We were very impressed by the overall experience and it was interesting to follow the preparation and serving of each dish, as there is a good look into the kitchen. It also works really well that everyone gets the same servings every few minutes. It provides a kind of shared experience for the few guests who have room. I was just going to turn to the choice of music, for example Nirvana, but along the way it suddenly feels completely natural together with the rest of the atmosphere. Thank you for an exciting experience that should be repeated.
Fantastic food, great service, and a truly special atmosphere. You dine together at a large counter and can watch the hustle and bustle in the kitchen. The courses are varied, and the wine pairings are perfectly matched. A truly special experience that we highly recommend to food lovers. Thank you for welcoming us so spontaneously (despite the waiting list).
