On the Store Strandstraede in central Copenhagen you'll find Italian Connection, a cozy little café and takeaway. Owners Roberto Nocita and his wife Lea used to own a very popular restaurant called La Posata in Hellerup, but now reside here.

Italian Connection, as you might imagine, serves typically rustic Italian fare cooked to a high standard. Pizza, pasta, salads, sandwiches, salami, cheeses, and desserts. Everything is homemade, from scratch, with fine ingredients. Considering the quality and location in Strandstraede, dining at Italian Connection is a relatively inexpensive experience.

The interior is bright and modern and the average price of a main course is around DKK 75.
