Delicious food in a cool atmosphere with wonderful staff, but pricey and the lunch experience is not great value. Two people had the lunch experience at 550 kr total: we got a bowl of tasty prawn crackers with spicy apiece mix dusted on top (40 kr on the menu), followed by four delicious dumplings in an amazing broth (2 x 75 kr) and four fried prawns covered in kewpie mayo and teriyaki glaze (2 x 80 kr), and finally a portion of Hanzo creamy and tasty curry to share (100 kr). The food was outstanding, but the portions were small. Adding everything up from the menu makes 450 kr, unless we got two "serves" of curry and rice, which would make 550 kr, but the portion we got felt like a single portion. A small tasty lemonade was 55 kr and water was 25 kr per person. Overall, we wished we had ordered a la carte and weren't very full afterwards, but it was tasty.
Nothing beats a good chicken dish, and this one had the perfect sweet twist! It was exactly what I needed for a cozy Sunday lunch after a long walk. The place is so incredibly snug and the staff were lovely. I honestly can't believe I've lived nearby for over 3 years and only just discovered this gem today! Better late than never, right?
