We had a great experience at Gro Eatery. Service was super nice and we enjoyed our first long-table lunch. All 3 courses were great, plus you can order unlimited bread (some of the best we’ve ever tasted, us coming from Germany). Great selection of natural wines. Pescatarian restaurant only. We will come back!
Nice lunch but it wasn’t as special as I hoped it would be. Some dishes were fantastic like the first dish. The second was fine and the last one had great and not so great components. I had expected a more seasonal menu. Felt more winters than spring vibes. Overall good experience but I guess I would t come back. For the price it’s just not as great as other places. The service was good but the long table is hard to serve I guess. There were also mostly tourists so the long table didn’t really work in the sense that everyone stuck with their people due to language barriers.
It's a wonderful and unexpected experience to dine in the city of Copenhagen. Especially the atmosphere and the staff are wonderfully cozy and kind. We would definitely recommend a dinner at the gro eatery!
