Asador Argentino

Asador is a restaurant that brings an authentic taste of the Argentine Asado to Copenhagen. The speciality of this excellent restaurant, located in central Copenhagen, is meat dishes, cooked just like back home in Argentina. That means long, slow cooking that allows the flavour of the meat to fully develop and delivers stunningly soft and succulent meat that flakes apart and slides from the bone.

The restaurant is housed in a charming historical building next to the Christianshavns water channels, which means a picturesque setting for your meal. The interior resembles an Argentinian steak house, and is set in a 'cueva' (cave), with rough brick walls and subtle lighting, and images celebrating the Argentine people. As is the custom in Argentina, you choose the cut of meat you would like, then choose your garnish, and it is cooked to perfection for you. Try the Churrasco ribeye steak, or the Lomo tenderloin, or the Parrillada Argentine, which is a mixture of some of the most popular cuts of meat.
