Ark was such a playful and exciting experience. So much knowledge, research and passion is put into dishes and service. The pairings (both wine and non alc) are absolutely laekker. Kudos to Dima that guide me trough this wonderful experience
Beautiful service and food. Our server Dima walked us thru each course - his descriptions lent a level of detail that brought out the life and intention of each dish. I’m grateful to have been able to experience Ark and the people that have brought this place together.
An absolutely fabulous experience. The pictures speak for themselves. It's not food, it's a work og art... The dishes are so beautifully presented that you almost feel ashamed having to break them in to pieces... But then you taste it, and it's a symphony of flavours that is impossible to put into words... And I am not a vegan. I am just a food lover. Very friendly, professional and attentive staff too. The wine pairing was amazing too. My wife chose the non alcoholic option, and she ended up saying to the sommelier "you are a genius"... If you are looking for a fine dining place in Copenhagen book a table at ARK! You will not regret it!
Dining at ARK was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every course was thoughtfully crafted, perfectly balanced, and occasionally delightfully playful. The service was warm, professional, and engaging, striking just the right balance between attentiveness and personality. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire evening.
Everything felt considered at ARK. Each dish arrives and somehow manages to surprise you. Beautiful, thoughtful and just indulgent enough to make you pause and really experience fully every bite. It’s rare to feel this taken care of by a restaurant. The attention to detail, the rhythm of the evening, the way everything was served… it’s less about eating and more about being completely immersed. Their wine pairing was beautiful, too. Some places you visit. Others you experience. ARK is the latter. I can't wait to visit again and try their new menu.
