Staying in Copenhagen for work, it's been over a month now and I have been here twice and tonight I'll go for a third time. Food is top class, and the service is even better. Extremely informative staff, one waitress in particular has served me both times and she kindly gives an explanation of all the dishes and wine your are served and all with a smile. Even complimented my perfume, which always makes you feel special 😅. Great place, I can't say anymore, just go! I'd recommend the blue mussels for starter and the steak for main, panacotta for dessert! 🤌🏼
We’d heard and read great things about Bloom and we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding and extremely good value for money. The staff were very attentive and friendly too. We would highly recommend and would go back. Make sure you book in advance.
Absolutely stunned by the quality and service. We had the degustation menu, and overall it was a wonderful evening. I ordered a wine that I personally didn’t enjoy too much, and the team replaced it with another one without any hesitation or pushback — really excellent service. The first course was salmon with lemongrass, ginger, and a soy-style sauce. I can honestly say it was one of the best salmon creations I have ever had. Absolutely mind-blowing. I could have eaten three times as much — unfortunately I forgot to take a picture. The second course was a mushroom soup with a beautiful truffle note. Together with the bread, it was also fantastic. The main course was a type of steak, and unfortunately this was the only disappointing part of the menu. The wild broccoli was very good, but the rest felt comparatively boring and a bit dry. The final course was a fresh and fruity panna cotta, which was again really good. Overall, a very nice evening and definitely worth repeating. The main course could be improved, but everything else was absolutely top.
Very well executed dishes and friendly staff! We had the seared salmon appetizer, the salmon main dish, and sea bass main dish. All three were excellent! I would like to say that the veggies on the mains were very delicious (no over-cooked veggies here)! We had the panacotta and the vanilla crème brûlée for dessert and they were a yummy light treat to end a great meal! Vibes were elegantly casual, but reservations are a highly recommended!!
A brilliant experience. Amazing service, drinks and food. Was an incredible meal in Copenhagen and couldn't have hoped for better. Was really appreciated when given a good description of what was on the plate by the servers. Fairly priced for the quality and portions sizes too so no complaints. Definitely a place I'd revisit when coming back to Copenhagen again in the future.
