The Globe bar is the real Irish Pub! They serve beer (of course), 20 different type of whiskey, fish & chips and Irish Stew. The Globe opened up their doors in November 1997. The Globe is located close to Norreport Station.
The Globe has 3 rooms; The Library, The Tree Bar and The Party Bar. The bar’s interior in The Library comes mostly form an Irish church, church benches, chairs, tombstone and etc. The Tree Bar is built around a 35-foot high tree, mosaic floor made out of 10,000 ceramic pieces. The Party Bar is the main bar. It has brick walls and dark wood furniture.
The atmosphere is very relaxed, jeans and t-shirts. People come to chat and have fun, forget about the stress. The Globe does offer happy hour specials on draft beer.

The Globe also has a good menu that will cure any hangover as well as regular hunger with everything from Irish breakfast to fish and chips offered.
Opening hours are: Monday – Tuesday 2 PM – 12 AM, Wednesday – Thursday 2 PM – 2 AM, Saturday 2 PM – 3 AM, Sunday 2 PM – 10 PM.
