Absolutely love this amazing work of art! Breakfast especially. The wonderful to have all the staff speaking perfect English. They're genuinely interested in our well being and peace. We really hated to leave...its just a little too far from our relatives place. Weather is perfect for walking, bicycles and peaceful reflection in the neighboring historic park Oregaard museum. July is the best time for vacations here in Copenhagen, Denmark 🇩🇰. The room was perfect.

Every single staff member went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Whether we had questions, needed recommendations, or required assistance with anything during our stay, they were always attentive, patient, and incredibly accommodating. Their warmth and positive attitude truly made us feel at home. It’s rare to come across a team that consistently delivers such outstanding hospitality. They all worked together seamlessly to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect, and their dedication did not go unnoticed. Customer service like this is what turns a great hotel into an unforgettable experience. Thank you all for making our trip so special. Beautiful place. The staff is amazing and very considerate. As Hilton Diamond members, our breakfast was included, and it was excellent. We also had the Steak Frites for dinner, and it was fantastic — the ribeye was cooked to perfection and incredibly tender, exactly as it should be. You are a few kilometres from downtown, but don’t let that influence your decision. Uber and taxis are easy to get. Make sure to set an alarm in the morning because the bed and bedding are so comfortable that you may end up sleeping much longer than planned.
We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Park Lane hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the ambiance, the location, the impeccable hospitality, the incredible quality of the services and the yummy breakfast food. One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! We travel often and get to experience great accommodations and service, but this was simply one of the best! All the staff we deal with are friendly, warm, informative and helpful. A special mention goes to Phillip who was absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, professional, and passionate about his work. He greatly contributed to making our stay in Copenhagen even more pleasant and memorable with his attentiveness and excellent recommendations. A big thanks also goes to Mathilde for her handwritten note for David’s birthday. We are very thankful and grateful for our stay!
We had a fantastic stay at Park Lane in Copenhagen. The location was perfect — close to great restaurants, cafés, and easy walking access to so much of the city. One of our favorite parts was being able to rent bicycles directly from the hotel, which made exploring Copenhagen incredibly easy and enjoyable. The staff truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care that guests had a great experience. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and had a beautiful view that made coming back after a day of exploring really relaxing. If you’re looking for a boutique hotel with great service, an excellent location, and an authentic Copenhagen feel, I would absolutely recommend Park Lane.
