Reviews
Very conveniently located. It’s good value for money, especially in Copenhagen (which is expensive). However, you get what you pay for. Rooms are very small and basic, limited facilities onsite and service very average (eg they didn’t make up my room even when I expressly requested). Staff were friendly though. Be sure to book a room on the eastern side of the hotel away from the Biergarten, which is noisy
We had a wonderful stay at Ascott Copenhagen. Our official check-in time was 3:00 PM, but since we arrived early at 11:00 AM, the hotel kindly prepared a private room for us to rest and sleep until our room was ready. This was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their excellent service made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The only downside was that the air-conditioned rooms are quite small. Other than that, everything was excellent. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding hospitality. We would happily stay here again.
When I booked an upgraded room I wasn’t sure what I would get. I was so happy. Five nights in a spacious king bed room with a living area with a couch and table and chairs. A large bathroom with a soaking tub, two sinks, and dual showers. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. Centrally located for tourism and transit.
Great hotel in Copenhagen city centre. Lovely staffs and great room. Special shout out to e manager Braeyan and at the breakfast Haja. Thank you for making our stay pleasant. Wifi for my room was quite bad maybe coz my room was a little deep inside (room 223). Otherwise it worked well at reception area.
Loved our room here. Beds/pillows were extremely comfortable, had multiple windows including in the bathroom for light and air. Room seemed new and clean. Our only issue was dirty cups on arrival near our coffee stand which were never cleaned...A couple of plates and spoons were left dirty and restacked when they made up the room too. Our coffee machine was dirty, sandy white material in the water compartment. I left it out to be cleaned as you couldn't drink from it. It never was. Was brought to reception and we quietly requested it cleaned so we could have a coffee in the morn. It was returned but still dirty (we could still scrape some of the white substance off). We never used it and wondered then if our room was as clean as it looked. Shame as its a lovely hotel. We didn't try breakfast as it was extremely expensive and limited. There were delicious breakfast/brunch locations nearby at 1/3 of the price. The honesty bar and coffee downstairs were lovely.
