We loved this hotel! We booked a standard king room and loved the layout and design touches! We had an opera house view which was amazing and we spent time each evening on the window seat watching the boats go by. The room was spotless and was touched up and restocked by helpful staff as needed. The hotel has actual AC which kept us cool for our July visit. The entire staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was perfect. There was something for everyone. Organic eggs - fruit- cheeses- breads- meats - yogurts - vegetables- a juicer to make your own juice! You can also order cooked to order omelettes. We ate at an outdoor table in the sun each morning. The restaurant space is gorgeous and the lunch and dinner restaurant Tiger Lilly was good as well. The lobby spaces are cozy too - indoors and out. We had a drink at the rooftop bar - Victory- which has a nice view and vibe. We loved the neighborhood- just steps from the lively atmosphere of Broens food court but quiet and serene as you approach the hotel. We rented the hotel bikes as well and found them to be in great condition. We walked easily to major sites as well as metro station for day trips. Cannot recommend this hotel more - it’s a true gem!

Loved our stay here. Great location. Super helpful staff, particularly Victoria, who helped find a better room for us when we checked in. The rooms are well appointed, but very tight. Seems typical for Denmark hotels, but just be aware. Also, no privacy between shower and bed in our first room, which was an issue and why we had to switch.

We recently returned from a short stay at the 25 hours Hotel Paper Island. We were celebrating my mother’s birthday and the team was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to make her feel special. She was wished happy birthday by multiple staff members and they even included a sweet note and small gift in the room. (Ricardo and another lady on reception were very helpful and warm in their greetings every day) Both rooms had phenomenal views over the harbour and opera house. There was nothing better than enjoying a tea while watching the Harbour come to life every morning. We booked direct which gave us a slight later check out time and breakfast included. we were really glad to take advantage as the buffet had a big variety, including omelettes and barista coffee made to order and the most addictive pickled veg! Plus, there was seating inside and out overlooking the water. The neighbourhood was not quite as central as the other 25hours hotel location, but we are so glad we chose paper island as the area had a good energy, multiple free swimming spots and a variety places to eat. Hart bakery opposite the hotel was another great plus. The hotel is about five minutes walk from the 2A bus stop and 10 mins from the Opera ferry stop which was really handy for my parents. The hotel also has a wildflower garden on the second floor and a very good cocktail bar on the top floor.

This is my first time in CPH and I booked this hotel on Amex Travel hoping I made the right choice. I booked 2 nights here and 2 nights at another property. I was greeted at 25 Hours by MIGUEL with warmth and hospitality. We absolutely loved the hotel and it’s in the PERFECT location walking distance to the best parts of CPH! The hotel is located on paper island and it’s truly the best part was town! After my 2 days I was really sad to leave and switch hotels. I highly regret not having my whole stay be at 25 Hours. Miguel and Alberto who work front desk should both be recognized as excellent employees. They made our stay extra special and we appreciated their kindness and professionalism. I would come back to stay in a heartbeat!!

Stayed seven nights to celebrate a 69th and 70th birthday. What a great place to stay, lovely friendly staff always smiling and keen to help. The room was a good size with everything we required. Even a double shower, (Tea/coffee tray on request), the complimentary mini bar was brilliant. Speedy response to housekeeping requests. Good quality towels and bed linen. Breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of food and drinks. It was very quiet in the evenings/night so a good nights sleep is pretty much guaranteed. The hotel is located a short walk from the bustling Nyhavn , from there into the central shopping area and other tourist attractions. As there was four of us, Uber was a fairly inexpensive way of getting further afield. We enjoyed a fine dinner in Tiger Lily restaurant and a few drinks in the Victory bar on the top floor, (I particularly liked the Old Fashioned). All in all we had a great stay in Copenhagen. In future city breaks we will certainly look out for 25 Hours hotels to stay in.
