Reviews
With a membership that goes back to the FitnessWorld days and over 1500 check-ins, I’m now considering switching away from PureGym. The top leadership is preventing the brand from being good. I’ve seen good equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells and benches being replaced for the bad PureGym product that is lower weight and worse quality. The indoor climate in most their gyms is horrendous, windows have been barred so it Is impossible to let in fresh air. Equipment goes broken for several months. The competence level of their personal trainers is embarrassing. Staff is nice, but unable to fix anything due to leadership.
