Join us for a magical and intimate women-only evening in Copenhagen – a 2.5-hour Women’s Circle and holistic Nordic sauna ritual created as a space to slow down, reconnect, reset and simply be. We begin together in circle with ceremonial cacao. A warm, grounding moment to arrive, leave the outside world behind and connect with ourselves and the women around us. Then we step into the heat. You will be guided through four holistic Nordic sauna rounds inspired by the four elements – Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each round has its own energy and sensory universe, combining carefully selected essential oils, music, breathwork, heat, guided presence and moments of stillness. Feel the grounding energy of Earth. Flow and soften with Water. Meet the power and transformation of Fire. Breathe, open and release with Air. A nourishing body scrub becomes part of the ritual, adding touch and care to the sensory journey. Between the sauna rounds, step outside into the fresh Copenhagen air by the waterfront. Cool down by the canal, breathe under the open sky or choose to enter the cold plunge. Cold plunging is always optional – this evening is about listening to your body, not pushing it. And throughout the evening, we return to something at the heart of Women’s Circle: the magic that can happen when women gather. A space for connection and reflection. For strength and softness. Laughter and stillness. Wildness and calm. The circle carries a touch of Icelandic female energy and the spirit of Villimeyjar – wild women. Women connected to their bodies, their intuition, their strength and their softness. There is nothing to perform and nowhere you need to get to. Come exactly as you are. • This is a women-only ritual. The Women’s Circle is exclusively for women. No previous sauna or cold-water experience is required. Guests should arrive prepared for the sauna, as there are no changing rooms or toilets directly at the sauna. Personal belongings can be stored safely in a locked storage area during the ritual.
