A clean, quiet, and beautiful hotel located in the heart of Copenhagen. It’s quite reasonable given the area’s standards and price. There’s no closet inside where you can unpack and store your luggage, only coat hooks. The fact that the hooks aren’t attached to the wall is a plus, you can hang your towels to dry in an open area. The central air conditioning in our room wasn’t very powerful. You need to request housekeeping in advance, there’s a note card for this purpose. The internet connection cut out occasionally, but it wasn’t a major issue. The staff were polite. Since we stayed for four days, they provided us with a free bike for one day (there were two of us, so one bike for both). It’s a much better option than the alternatives near the train station (both in the city center and at Osterport). It’s worth the difference in price.
Would not recommend. The self check in doesn’t work. The hotel rooms are very small. Very small bathroom and shower. Curtains are not blinding so lots of light. And noise from the street. Only one pillow on a small bed while we were with two people. It gives dorm room vibes. Breakfast area very crowded. The location is amazing though. And you can rent bikes from the hotel which is a good way to see the city.
The single room that I stayed was so.practical and enough but may be it can be small for somebody. Bed was comfortable. Nice shower and bathroom. Very effective study table. The only missing item may ve wardrobe for a longer stay. It is perfect for 1-3 days stay. Locker room and iron room are active.
We had an excellent stay in Copenhagen. The service was outstanding—arguably better than the five-star hotels we stayed at in other cities during our trip. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very efficient. Housekeeping was very easy to arrange; simply informing the front desk a day in advance was enough, and the room was always cleaned thoroughly. Fresh, clean towels were provided daily. The room itself was quiet and extremely comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. We especially enjoyed having a garden-facing room where the windows could be opened, making the stay even more relaxing. Compared to the hotels we stayed at in Berlin and Düsseldorf (which cost significantly more), this hotel was noticeably more comfortable and enjoyable. The location is also very convenient. There are many great restaurants nearby, including Italian, Thai, and excellent bakeries. It’s just a short walk to Nyhavn, about 5 minutes to the metro, and very easy to get to the port—taxi rides were also reasonably priced. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Copenhagen.
