I've been here for a concert. The place was packed and felt so cramped, the stage is not lifted which means if the performers are sitting and you don't manage to get a spot in the front row, you won't have a chance to see anything (unless you're 2m tall). Also there were way too many people smoking inside while absolutely no ventilation guarantees air circulation. If you're a non-smoker, wish good luck to your lungs. I had to get some fresh air after 1h cause the air became just unbearable, not even mentioning the smell of smoke that my clothes absorbed. If you do allow people smoking inside, at least make sure ventilation works. On another note, I understand this is located in Christiania so there has to be something unconventional, but why is there still an only-cash policy, while several other neighbouring places accept cards? On the positive side, at least entrance is fairly cheap (50kr) and drinks as well.
I’m a jazz artist for quite a while and found this place while walking in Christiania with my husband It’s beautiful and extremely welcome. The musicians were playing blues and they were very talented. A cosy and heartwarming jazz club that brights Christiania
