Apēron Apartment Hotel
Copenhagen
Recenzje
We had a wonderful stay at Aperon Apartments and would happily choose it again. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many of Copenhagen's main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We were especially grateful that the team kindly approved our request to extend our luggage storage after check-out. This made the last day of our trip much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their flexibility and hospitality. A big thank you as well for providing a baby crib and a high chair free of charge. Traveling with a baby can be challenging, but these thoughtful touches made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. For families with children, this is an excellent choice. Comfortable, well located, and supported by a friendly and helpful team. Highly recommended!
We recently stayed at the Aperon with our family in two suites, one for the grandparents, one for the parents and two young children. The rooms were excellent - clean and well maintained, appropriately sized, and decently equipped for breakfasts and easy meals. Location was superb- both for sightseeing and convenience to cafes, restaurants, and so forth. The staff promptly responded to any questions we had.
Super central location if you seek walking distance to Copenhagen's most central sights. 100% unserviced concept. You get a code to enter all areas. Stayed 3 nights in apartment #10 on the 3rd floor. The interior was ok, but the extra sofa bed was rather uncomfortable to sleep on, especially becausee the bed sheet kept sliding of, due to its size vs the sofa bed. The "master bed" was in my opinion worn out, and therefore too soft and canoe-shaped. Here you lay deep "in" the bed vs. "on" the bed. Not good on the spine. The building is also housing a school and they used the rooftop terrasse a lot for drinking the weekend we stayed, which made it uncomfortable to take the kids up there for dinner or relaxing. But the terrasse itself was nice with a good view of Rundetårn. We went in spring, but the nights was already "too warm" in the apartment as there's not any air conditioning and it heats up during the day, especially the top floor ones I think. Would not recommend this for summer. Also there's no elevator here, which was a struggle due to the luggage. So all in all for the price of it I would say it's a 3 out 5 stars.
Very efficient self check apartments. Location is central, also they have luggage storage until 11pm. Also when the room is free they allow us to check in automatically from 10am and checkout at 1pm. It’s very nice!
Very ok, simple apartment. It got excellent ratings so I’m writing a detailed review not to disparage but so guests can better know what to expect. This reminds me of the premier inn in the UK— nothing extra but meets your basic needs. No housekeeping unless you stay 8 nights or pay extra. There’s no reception or lobby but you can text and they will probably get you what you need as long as it’s when housekeeping is there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable but it was acceptable. The room had zero sound protection, so I heard noises at all hours, especially from the dumpsters for the neighboring building right outside my ground floor window, but also other guests coming and going, kids screaming, music playing, etc. I don’t expect a silent room in a city but I do think they could put down rugs or something. The free laundry was a nice amenity (note the dryers are very old and took 3 hours to dry a small load). It would be great to have chairs in the room to wait in and places to hang up laundry to dry. The room is very lacking in surface areas (e.g., a shelf in the shower would be nice). When I did interact with guest services via text and email they were friendly and helpful. I appreciate that they were able to accommodate an early check-in (and had luggage storage down some stairs in the basement in the meantime), and their check-out time (1 pm) is generous. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it, but it was not awful by any means and it met my basic needs.
