Come here and hang around to see so many beautiful architectural elements, people from all over the world, and of course lots of pigeons too.
Rådhuspladsen is a lively central square and a great starting point for exploring Copenhagen. Being able to visit the City Hall for free is a nice bonus, and the building itself is well worth seeing for its beautiful architecture and historic interiors. However, the different areas inside could be better signposted, as it can be a little confusing to find your way around. Overall, it's an interesting place to visit and definitely worth stopping by while exploring the city.
The historical building is quite well preserved. We wanted to go up the tower, but it was closed due to bad weather. The library was very beautiful and is still in use. There were couples waiting to get married.
Probably the most centralized square in copenhagen city. Everything you need is available here. Malls, Restaurants, Shops, Cafeteria, Fast-food, Hotels, Tivoli etc. A great place for photography too. Find the famous Anderson Statute & the "MUST TRY Street food (hotdogs).
This place is the open area between the city hall and harbor. What i felt is that the whole area is toed together. The wide open area is very busy with different music , event etc. this makes the area lively and lovable. And let's not forget the harbor, where you can catch a ferry for a fjord ride that's simply unforgettable – especially when capped off with a spectacular sunset!
