My husband and I both went here for pedicures and I got a French set. My husband and I really enjoyed Namu’s kind and positive energy. That being said I had another technician (Bich) working on me while Namu worked on my husband. Namu explained she didnt speak English well (which is okay!), the problem was it didn’t feel like the friendliest vibe regardless of the lack of English. She did nice work on my French set so can’t complain there! I’ll come back but book with Namu next time.
The staffs were lovely, studio was nice, coffee was good. Overall fine experience!! The communication on price could be better tho. I got natural gel extension which said 580kr on their website and IG - but they charged 630kr. They explained 580kr is only for refills. I checked everywhere and it does not say that. I think the price list needs an update or I need a better explanation 👀 p.s. I think it would be more professional and polite to ask for payment once the treatment is FULLY finished.
✨️Incredible nail studio✨️ I have been getting my nails done twice and I know I will be coming back again and again! They're kind and professional and you can really feel that they're passionate about their work and want you to be satisfied with the result. The nail work is perfection and lasts for so long without looking dull. I am so happy that I can have my nails on the shorter side but still look very chic and a little extra put together❤️ The studio is bright, spacious and elegant, and I appreciate that you get offered tea or coffee upon arrival😊 I highly recommend this place!!
Amu was my nail tech unicorn this morning and she did an amazing job! Pedicure with gel and gel manicure were perfection! Thank you for the conversation and beautiful work. I feel pretty because of you ❤️
