This is where my husband and I stayed when we came to Copenhagen. It is priced reasonably and our room was well equipped, nicely decorated and even came with a little kitchenette. Lovely touches like tote bags, yoga mat, charging cables (anything you could possibly need to make your trip smooth and comfortable). Conveniently located by the Metro and has grocery stores right across the street. Also really appreciated the gym passes. Very clean and well maintained. Convenient luggage storage area in case you arrive too early for check in (our flight landed at 7am so this was very helpful). Very quiet neighborhood so you get a good night's rest.
The apartment itself has real strengths: great ventilation, spacious layout, a functional small kitchen, and everything is very clean. That’s appreciated. However, a few things need improvement: the bed could be a bit wider, the power sockets aren’t ideally placed, and it’s worth flipping the bed orientation — sleeping directly under the vent means you’ll catch a cold quickly. The bigger issues, though, are operational. The keyless door system is unreliable — it failed multiple times, leaving us locked out and hoping someone would happen to be nearby. For a concept built entirely around digital access, this is a serious flaw. Beyond the tech, the complete absence of human interaction makes the stay feel impersonal — less like hospitality, more like being processed. When things go wrong (and they did), there’s no one to turn to. Toilet paper was also rationed very sparingly, and the USB charger in the room was broken. For the price point, the experience doesn’t deliver. Reliability and a human touch are non-negotiable basics.
I have booked a compact studio. This includes a 1.40-meter-wide bed , a kitchenette with a refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and enough dishes for two people. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer. The apartment building is located five minutes from the nearest metro station. I felt very comfortable there and would come back anytime. I would recommend this studio for one Person. When I had trouble opening the door to my apartment, due to internet and system problems, help was on the way. Bob helped me via WhatsApp Chat to solve this issue. And I was able to enter the apartment after a few minutes. Great.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. Traveling with our wife and our twin babies, comfort and convenience were very important to us, and this place exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was incredibly useful for preparing meals and taking care of the babies’ needs, which made our stay so much easier and more relaxing. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our whole family. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. It was the perfect place for a family stay, and our babies were happy and comfortable throughout the visit. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to other families traveling with little ones.
So one of the best things in here are the staff members who have always made my day! Especially the ladies including operations and cleaning! What I appreciate the most is their responsiveness to things and their service is phenomenal! I have to say a huge thanks to the cleaning ladies who have for the past few weeks kept my room clean and tidy and have been sorting through all my stuff patiently. The rooms are decent sized and I love having a kitchen available not just inside the room but also downstairs. Convenient for laundry and storage too.
