Great choice of very high qualité craftbeers ! I discovered Observatoriet Brewing and was happy to find beers from Master Olivier Menno
If you want a really good selection of quality beer this could be it. With cosy atmosphere, seatings both inside and outside, good service and fair prices you are ensured a good time. Please note they do not serve food here, only beers and a very limited selection of snacks. I highly recommend this place if you want good beer and a place to talk with friends about life and everything in between.

Hidden in the legendary Meatpacking District, this place is not just another craft beer bar — it is atmosphere perfected. The moment you walk down into the dimly lit basement, with candles flickering from old wine bottles and the unmistakable buzz of people genuinely enjoying themselves, you instantly understand why this bar has become almost iconic among beer lovers in Copenhagen. Their constantly rotating taps mean every visit feels different, and whether you are into bold IPAs, dark imperial stouts, funky sours or simply an exceptionally good pilsner, there is always something unforgettable waiting for you. What truly elevates Fermentoren is the soul of the place. The staff are passionate without being pretentious — knowledgeable, relaxed, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping you discover something new. It feels authentic in a city that sometimes risks becoming too polished. The crowd is a perfect mix of locals, travelers, beer nerds, creatives and people who simply appreciate great energy and great drinks. The outdoor area in warmer months is pure Copenhagen magic: buzzing, vibrant and effortlessly cool. Inside, the cozy underground vibe makes you want to stay for “just one more beer” until suddenly it is 2 AM and you are deep in conversation with strangers who now feel like old friends. There are many bars in Copenhagen. Very few have personality. Fermentoren has an entire universe of it. Easily one of the absolute highlights of the Meatpacking District and a mandatory stop for anyone who loves craft beer, authentic atmosphere and places with real character.
Discovered on a trip to Copenhagen. Every day, new beers. Diverse selection. Loved it so much, I came back for three consecutive nights to a new wonderful sour each time. Impeccable laid-back vibes and staff. Great patio heating for chillier nights. Highly recommend.
