My new friend wanted to come check this place out, so she made a reservation, which is a good idea. The vibe of Gaia is very nice - classy, cozy, super friendly, and such creative, fun cocktails! The little shot of yummy punch when we arrived was a wonderful touch that really made us feel welcomed ✨ My 'The Other Lebowski' was expertly crafted, but I've got my doubts about that character actually drinking it... I picture him more of a gin&tonic or gimlet kinda guy. Definitely come check this bar out though, you are going to love it!!
Gaia is one of the most creative cocktail bars I’ve visited. The drinks themselves were good, but what really makes this place stand out is the presentation. Every cocktail arrived with a unique and often surprising visual concept that made the experience memorable long before the first sip. The staff also introduced each cocktail with humor and personality, turning every order into a small performance rather than just serving a drink. It’s clear that a lot of thought and creativity goes into both the cocktails and the overall guest experience. If you enjoy inventive cocktails and appreciate bars that do something genuinely different, Gaia is absolutely worth a visit.
Phenomenal experience! Had the honor of meeting the bartenders Dan, Liam and Fran, all who presented great cocktails of high quality and WOW-factor! Not afraid to go off-menu, and have a great chat when it's not too busy. Will be going here regularly 🤩
Gaia cocktails is master of Presentation. Don't get me wrong - the cocktails are good. They are really good - and they are suitable for anyone. Easygoing - some would say simple - but in the best way. But the presentation is marvelous. Try their High Tea - it's great! Their mocktails are also really good
One of the best cocktail bar I have ever been to. A little expensive but 100% worth it. The barman is so nice, the atmosphere is really cool and the drinks are fun, pretty and delicious. 10/10
