Great hotel. Nice rooms and view is also nice of Copenhagen. A lot of things are walkable if you like. We toke bikes, and then you are in center in 5min. Public transportation was also in front of hotel. Service of hotel was good. Really recommend the hotel above hotels in center.
A centrally located place. We were on the 18th floor and the room had spectacular views. A spacious room with a nice bathroom which is much needed after walking all day on the streets of Copenhagen. The buffet breakfast was lavish with hot eggs served whether boiled, fried or scrambled eggs. Fresh fruit, cereals, different types of bread, croissants, sausages, baked beans and what not. The reception process was very smooth and the staff was very cooperative. They have a luggage storage area too. Their restaurants are also very good.
We stayed at this hotel in early June. It is a comfortable hotel with a lovely lobby and bar area to relax in. It is well situated near a metro but we found it was slightly further from the city centre (25 mins walk) if you were planning to walk. The room we had was comfortable, clean and on the 14th floor. Unfortunately it was incredibly warm (25.0c in the room at one point in the night). We did complain and were told the temperature is controlled centrally so nothing could be done, although they supplied a fan, I think this could be quite a problem in the height of summer.
Room 2228 A few suggestions regarding the room: The shower floor is very smooth and slippery. We had to resort to using one of the two hand towels on the shower floor as a non-slip mat. A shower mat should be provided as a matter of course. The bathroom needs better lighting and ideally a magnifying cosmetic mirror. Women don't like to have to lean over the sink to put on their makeup in dim light. The bathroom sink has no stopper. Don't drop your contact lens! Two occupants in the room. One bathrobe. Five coffee pods: 4 decaf and 1 regular. The desk light is very dim. The view is great. The beds are very good.
Overall, a very good stay. The hotel offers a high standard in terms of facilities, atmosphere, and location. Food & beverage was also excellent, with good quality, friendly service, and a solid selection. What really stood out was the service. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making guests feel well taken care of. That made a big difference to the overall experience. The only downside for me was the beds, which felt too firm and less comfortable than expected. With slightly softer mattresses, the stay would have been close to perfect.
