I tried both The Flow and The Calm Deluxe, and both were wonderful experiences. I was in need of a good reset, and I left each session feeling reconnected with myself—physically and mentally. The Japanese facelift technique left my face looking fresher, and the lymphatic drainage was incredible. Izabela is a genuinely kind soul with a wonderfully calming presence. She made me feel completely at ease, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!!
First head spa experience…loved it! Izabela creates a calm, cozy space in the heart of the city. The treatment incorporates sound, essential oil aromas, different temperatures, vestibular sensations and of course scalp massage and treatments. It was easy to fully relax, the treatment was gentle even with my sensitive skin, and there is enough variation in the process to stay present. My hair felt soft and shiny, and the price is quite a bargain for the quality. What a great way to feel rested and nourished without spending all day in a spa full of strangers. Will definitely rebook!
It was truly a wonderful experience. Izabela is very professional and knows how to put you at ease right away. The massage was amazing, I felt rejuvenated, and my facial skin looked visibly lifted! I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely do it again!
Just note that entrance is through Hair Lab. I had a great Kobido massage with Izabela. The atmosphere was calm and intentional, and the whole session felt very mindful rather than purely technical. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend her.
