Great hotel! Front desk ladies were so friendly and welcoming!! Rooms were nice but felt very warm at night. When opened the windows to try to cool the room the noise from the street below were very loud. Still enjoyed staying here, loved the breakfast and the rooftop bar!!
Fantastic central hotel. Really comfortable rooms with own bathroom. Basic but everything you need. Fabulous breakfast and an amazing rooftop terrace with great views over the city. The staff were all amazing. A fantastic base for exploring the city.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel from 14 May - for 2 nights. This is our 2nd visit to Copenhagen but first time staying at Scandic Norreport. Great location and great service. But I want to especially commend and compliment Ms Farizza who was manning the front desk, reception, check-in, the bar etc when we arrived on Thursday morning after a 12 hour flight from Singapore. She was patient, polite, helpful, kind and gave us many good recommendations including where to dine, where to visit, travel and other logistical arrangements. All these really made our stay very pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you so much Scandic Norreport!
Comfortable room. Breakfast was wonderful, very good variety. Location very convenient, across street from Metro. Close to eateries and convenience stores. Rooftop bar for drinks in eve, wonderful view. Check-in is on 6th floor. I will recommend to others. My room on 5th floor.
Good and affordable hotel in walking distance from many attractions. Great value for the price Rooms are quite small, windows face other rooms. The bathroom didn't have body lotion and in shower it's 2 in 1 hair and body wash, which isn't good.
