We stayed here for 3 nights and the staff is polite and helpful. Although had a very bad experience with the room cleaning service. They never cleaned our room even after placing a request twice. They offered us a complimentary breakfast as an apology which was kind. The location has no cafes nearby but it is near to the metro station.
I rarely leave negative reviews but I felt compelled based on the lack of sleep I got here. It was incredibly difficult to fall asleep due to the heat and ventilation issues. The air duct doesn’t work. Even with windows open it was hard to sleep. The service is good and location is great but don’t waste your money on a sleepless night.
I enjoyed my stay there. The reception is not very busy, I'd say it's a rather calm place. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. I liked the breakfast as well. I was happy to have experienced the Polish-speaking service! 🇵🇱❤️
Great location and relatively clean, but that is about it. Very cramped rooms to the point where I (5 foot 10) was unable to stretch out fully in the bed, main charging port does not work unless the main room light is on which is inconvenient for charging phones at night, the shower pressure was possibly the lowest I have experienced at any hotel.
