I went out of curiosity and came back out of necessity. The session combines Thai, Zen and Shiatsu massage in a way I hadn't experienced before , it's not superficial relaxation, the body is worked at a deep level. You can tell there's real training behind it, not just technique learned by rote. I left with a lightness that lasted for days.
