Sadly the place is right next to a skatepark where loud music was played all the time. It was an enjoyable saunagus experience anyways and the facilities were in good condition but I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re looking for a relaxed session. The bathroom is located outside the premises, which is also cumbersome if you’re in a swimsuit, since it’s a popular spot there’s people hanging out outside
A magnificent experience. I would describe it as a sensory activity. The instructor, Deivids, skillfully guided the group with a pleasant story to inspire imagination, accompanied by music and various aromas. The experience consisted of three saunas, each lasting approximately 12 minutes with breaks; each session gradually increasing in temperature. He also taught us proper breathing techniques. Such attention to detail was much appreciated. The place is welcoming, although I would have liked to have some private showers to feel completely cleansed afterward. Highly recommended!
