Amazing studio with a wonderful variety of teaching styles. Depending on the class, the approach might be rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, spirituality, or detailed anatomy, which keeps every session fresh and inspiring. The classes are welcoming for all levels, with plenty of opportunities to progress as your practice develops, so it never feels repetitive. This is the place that took me from “I do yoga sometimes” to “I love yoga.” Now I genuinely want all my friends to come and experience it too. I couldn’t recommend it more!
Nice basement studio in the city centre just off the main shopping street. Great instructors and reception. It has a cozy lounge area with tea and snacks. My only issue is the classes can get a little large so make sure you are there early to get a spot.
I completed my 200h Yoga Teacher Training in India in December with Kailo, and it was a truly magical experience. It gave me a real understanding of what it means to be a space holder, both for myself and for others. It also helped me connect more deeply with myself, the practice, and the people around me. Cam and Dom were incredibly supportive throughout the training. I felt seen, valued, and encouraged to stay true to who I am, and gently reminded that this is enough. The training also deepened my understanding of why I am so drawn to yoga and how important it is in my life, and helped me realise what kind of teacher I want to be. The location was beautiful and thoughtfully chosen. We were in the middle of the jungle and close to the beach, away from the busyness of everyday life which made it much easier to slow down and fully immerse in the experience. I would 100% recommend this training to anyone considering a YTT, especially those who are curious about what yoga can truly offer. I left feeling grounded, confident, and ready to step out and teach.
