Brønnum
Copenhagen
Kort fortalt
Anmeldelser
Located in a historic, listed building right next to the Royal Theater, it has a soul that you can feel the moment you walk in. The Drinks & Customization While they have an extensive cocktail menu, the best part about Brønnum is the skill behind the bar. Whatever you want, they can make it; we almost always order drinks from outside the menu. On every visit, I make sure to order their Sidecar at least once, it is very well-made and consistently good. The drinks are high-quality and you are never disappointed here, though for me, it remains a solid, reliable 4-star experience. The Staff & Atmosphere The waiters are very helpful and proactive, which definitely makes the overall experience better. I’ve sat in a different spot every time I’ve visited, and the interior is stunning. The centerpiece is the carved wooden bar, which was originally part of a 150-year-old apothecary in Seville. The history of the building is legendary; it has been a meeting place for 125 years, and figures like H.C. Andersen were once regulars here. Just a note on the vibe: on a Friday night, the music volume was so high in the back room that we actually had to change tables to the first room next to the bar just to be able to talk. Summary A very reliable 4/5. Great drinks, very helpful service, and a beautiful, historic setting. It’s a staple for a good night out in the city.
I was here for a cocktail. As a Dutch bartender trying many places in Copenhagen. First I thought pretty expensive for one cocktail but then I understood it was classy. Friendly bartender and very flavourful cocktail. I recommend the Banana Tree and Mulata Alexander.
Incredible drinks with the service to match! We were seated at the bar after walking in without a reservation. A true cocktail lover’s paradise! Highly recommend the one with pandan/banana and the matcha/coffee drink.
Fab cocktail bar in the city. Essentially 5 or 6 rooms each with slightly different lighting / vibe. Cocktails reasonable for 130 or 140 kroner. Just beware the 65 kroner beers are for essentially half pints. Popular spot on a Thursday evening. Friendly service.
