This was a bad choice. The people are kind and helpful, but the product just doesn't work. I've traveled and slept in 5 beds across 5 cities in the last 3 weeks, and this was the worst night of sleep. 1. The AC doesn't work. Literally. You can adjust the thermostat, but I get the sense it is not connected to anything. The room was hot! 2. The pillows are, well why have a pillow if there is literally no substance to it? No self-respecting hotel should use pillows like that. As a business traveler, I'd steer clear.
Such a cute quaint lovely boutique hotel! The rooms are cozy and intimate and the staff made me feel so welcome from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Special shout out to Caroline and Oscar, who both went above and beyond. Oscar knew I had an early departure and made sure I had a breakfast sourdough given I was leaving before breakfast officially started. He also made sure I had a car waiting to take me to the airport. The location is great - newly developed area with lots of coffee shops and grocery options. Would definitely stay again!
Very nice hotel with pretty rooms and a very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and service was super friendly and nice☺️ Would recommend!
We had a fabulous stay at this amazing hotel. Beautifully designed with hidden details for you to discover. Also a great vantage location for business or leisure in this up and coming area of Copenhagen!! Be sure to ask about “The Krane” when you check in. You will want to come back!!
Great Hotel in a beautiful, quiet area. The staff was incredible. Oscar assisted with taking my bags up to my room, lent his availability 24/7, and was super knowledgeable + pleasant to speak to. The room was spacious & cozy (also gorgeous), the bed super comfortable, and the bathrooms were impeccably well kept + stocked with essentials. There are great restaurants nearby & the hotel is located 2 minutes from the metro. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Copenhagen!
