Nice hotel with spacious rooms, clean facilities and good amenities. Staff were friendly overall. Breakfast has good variety. The neighborhood is great, many stores and restaurants. The metro station is only few mins walking.
Staff were extremely helpful, breakfast was basic but nice enough to get the day started. The rooms were extremely clean and had a new fresh feel. Overall happy to stay they and will be back for sure when next over for work.
Do NOT book the nonrefundable member rate as the price will fluctuate drastically. The nonfundable rate 3 months prior was about $100 usd higher than the refundable rate a few days before my stay. They refuse to refund the difference or offer any extras to reward loyalty. The rooms were passable, but with much dust in a few places. I booked to be close to the cruise terminal but it’s not necessary because the metro is so convenient.
We had a wonderful weekend stay at this Marriott hotel in Copenhagen. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and professional. The level of service was excellent: every question or issue we had was met with a quick response and an effective solution. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were genuinely friendly, smiling, and attentive throughout our stay. It truly makes a difference. The room was another highlight: extremely spacious and very well designed, with a kitchenette, a comfortable living area, and a high-quality sleeping space. The bathroom was spotless and well maintained. And the cherry on top was the beautiful sea view, which made the experience even more special. Finally, the breakfast was outstanding : high quality, delicious, and offering a wide variety of options suitable for all dietary preferences. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Copenhagen!
We stayed at the residence Inn from Marriott ad part of a relocation out of Denmark. As we needed a place close to where we were previously living and that was pet friendly, we found this option. The rooms are spacious and really well equipped, with a little kitchen that has just about everything you need (induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, silverware, pots etc), an integrated table with high chairs, a very nice bathroom with floor heating, central AC, desk and office chair, and a 50-55 inch tv with cable and Chromecast. There's also a laundry room in each floor (you just need to buy soap). It was perfect for our stay. For those on vacation here, the location is also quite good, around 5 blocks from the metro and with a couple of eating places and cafes, as well as 3 supermarkets in a 3-block radius. Props for the receptionist from Romania (sorry, forgot your name!) who showed me the rooms before checking in and upgraded us for free to the sea side view, which was quite nice and my cat really loved it (turns out he loves the sea!)
