The hotel/hostel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station. The atmosphere and staff are very welcoming, as these concepts often are. The room (a triple) isn't very large but is functional. Breakfast, perhaps due to the time of year (August), is confusing and lacks a selection of sweets. The cleanliness of the common areas could be improved!

I will put 5 stars because Google don't have more. From the reception to the bar, to housekeeping, excellent service. 👏 Always ready to help and make your stay like you were at home. The hotel has great facilities in case you wanna relax, cook or have a nice time with your friends or people you meet there. It was also pretty good to start a city tour and pretty close to the central station. Thanks again, and until next time. :)

The hotel is simple and no-frills, but that only adds to its friendly, cozy atmosphere. Everything is well organized and thoughtfully designed, making it especially convenient for young travelers and families. The location is central, next to the central station, main bus and metro lines making it convenient to move around the city as well as airport or other cities in Denmark. A special mention goes to the shared common area, which features games, tables, comfortable sofas, and large TVs — it's a great space to relax and socialize. The shared kitchen is also exceptionally well organized, with large refrigerators and individual storage boxes for groceries, making self-catering easy and convenient. The hotel also offers bicycles for guests to use. Unfortunately, we only discovered them on our last day because they are kept in the backyard, where they aren't immediately visible. It would be helpful if this amenity was highlighted more clearly at check-in. The cafe-bistrot area is lovely with live-music often at night. Staff at check-in is super helpful and multinational.

Love the menniger Hotels. Only way to travel with a Family. Great price and service. Hotel is local near the central.station so great access to everything. We came her durinfmg the recent heatwave and this is the one area the hotel struggles along with many places in Copenhagen. They are just not equipped for this sort of heat. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning and it was like a sauna in there. Very hard to sleep at night and the breakfast area was stifling. I really felt for the staff who despite having a hard time.of it in the heat were always professional and courteous. I really recommend the Menniger chain as it is great value for family and sole travelling. It's clean and has everything you need. The charged kitchen is great to have and will also save you a packet on eating out every evening the beds are also very comfortable.

The hostel/hotel exceeds expectations every time. It is affordable while also being a place that consistently does exactly what you need it to. The beds are comfy and clean, there is enough space in the rooms to not be cramped together. The lockers are a bit small and won't fit a suitcase or anything bigger than a backpack, but most people are understanding if that stuff is in the way. Great location, super close to the train station which is really convenient. Can be a little loud due to the people on the street below, but that is not at the fault of the hotel.
