Reviews
Well… where do I begin! My partner and I stayed here for three days & two nights for her Birthday. We did not want to leave! The level of service from all members of staff here is unrivalled. The entire team are always incredibly helpful, polite, smiling and can’t do enough for you. You’re truly made to feel incredibly welcomed and at home. The food from the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. The pool & spa facilities are fantastic - there are always plenty of towels, fresh water & robes available at all times. This hotel truly is a jewel in the heart of Copenhagen - It is a beautiful city with much to explore! I would recommend anyone visiting Copenhagen to stay here at Manon Les Suites. Dear Team - Thank you for making our stay so special. We will most certainly be returning.
UPDATE: Since the hotel wanted further feedback: We all truly loved our stay! We did however miss a hot tub / jacuzzi in the spa. We would also have love the pool to be 2-5 degrees warmer, especially since it’s still could outside. For the restaurant we really really loved the staff. Incredible nice, warm and charming - goes for all the staff at the hotel. We also really loved the unique breakfast features like asparagus, grape juice and a classic danish whole wheat bread! However, we would have appreciated more foresight regarding the dietary restrictions some of us had. When being informed of dietary restrictions more than a week in advance, other hotels usually make sure they know the ingredients in the food (for example the bread), and purchase what’s needed to be able to offer a few meals with good alternatives. The other 5-star hotels I have been to usually ask me if I want vegan pancakes for breakfast, and try to offer me most of the alternatives the others have, but in vegan versions. That’s the only reasons we put a 4-star! But, like I said, we were very happy with our stay and adored the LOVELY staff🙏♥️
I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional team and overall quality of this hotel. The accommodations are well-appointed, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Staff members consistently deliver a high level of professionalism and service. The atmosphere throughout the property, particularly at the rooftop, restaurant, and pool, is outstanding and contributes to a memorable guest experience. The concierge team was both courteous and attentive, providing excellent support to our group. Notably, they went above and beyond to ensure the newlyweds in our party were especially well cared for, which was greatly appreciated.
We came for a spa day. Pool itself is beautiful and very “instagram worthy”. However, many features to be improved on. The major downsides were the changing rooms; showers are open so everyone can see. There are no private cubicles to change in if you prefer privacy, there are no spaces to get ready apart from next to sinks or a small table which isn’t sufficient for more than one person. There is also nowhere to dry swimwear so if you aren’t staying in the hotel you will be taking back soaking wet swimwear. The pool area itself does not have enough beds to relax so be prepared to be sat on a table and chairs for your relaxing spa day if there aren’t any free. Drink service was slow. I did mention these to one of the staff and they seemed to be taken on board which I’m glad about. I am just writing this review to inform others if you’re considering booking this spa as it is not cheap. Very picturesque but the design seems to be catered to guests already in the hotel as the facilities aren’t very equipped.
We returned to Manon Les Suites because it was so amazing the first time, and we wanted to experience it all over again. We actually travelled from the UK specifically to use the spa at Manon Les Suites, and it was absolutely worth it. The duty manager Frederik was incredible and truly made our visit extra special. He greeted us warmly, had a friendly chat with us, and gave us our bags with the robes and slippers, instantly making us feel extremely welcome. After what was a fantastic day in the spa, he took the time to ask how our day had been. We told him it was the best, and he seemed genuinely pleased to hear that. He even said, “Please do come again,” and we definitely will, his hospitality alone is a huge reason we’ll be returning. An unforgettable experience, once again.
