Practical location next to the station. Some train noise if you are facing the tracks, but ok. Good restaurant, pleasant pedestrian area below the hotel. Great for kids and parents -- with a playground smack in front of the hotel bar. To hotel: you should really sell tshirts like those worn by your staff. Cool design! We tried to convince your bartender to sell the one he was wearing, but he was too proper to agree ;)

Great place to take in Copenhagen! In the middle of the city. Next to train station and Tivoli. Steps away from Metro and walkable to shopping, museums and landmarks. Well designed hotel with terrific staff. Room was comfortable, with mini kitchen and washer/dryer. Would stay here again, and again!

Cool design but not all the touches were as thoughtful as we hoped. For example, nowhere to hang multiple towels to dry, no luggage rack or bench, laundry app took 30+ mins to get working. Overall positive interactions with staff, maintenance was helpful in figuring out laundry, check-in and luggage storage were smooth, but not the best experience when we had questions about the room. But overall nice stay on upper floor facing the water, no train noise issues but construction noise was quite noticeable from 8am-4pm. Convenient location (especially to train station) but a bit of a walk to food options.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Locke Copenhagen. I was given a free upgrade upon arrival and the room was beautiful. The staff were also very helpful whenever I asked for anything (more towels, etc.). The location was also perfect being so close to the central train station and a number of things to do. The one con I would say was the breakfast in the morning. The food itself was alright but a bit on the cold side, even when we came right when it opened.

Pros The location: near central station. I’d suggest not to rely on the hotel name when walking from the station, becuz Google Map will direct you to the main road and you need to climb stairs. Try locate Rug Bakery and there is a pavement on its right side going to the hotel. The room: spacious. The bed size is reasonable although certain comments saying the size is too small (I am 172cm tall and booked twin room). Cons The service: it depends on your luck if you come across a nice staff. When I arrived, the staff told me I can ask for cleaning service every morning. But the other day when I asked for just changing towels and trash cleaning, they asked myself to do it. So good luck. The room: lots of dangerous furniture corners. Also I can still hear the train noise even on 16/F. It is a newly-opened hotel but there is no USB socket. And why there is no luggage rack?
