Very good hotel in a central location. Rooms quiet and clean with a safe. No fridge in room but otherwise good. Breakfast was also good. Overall we would stay here again.

Apparently it's possible to book two rooms with 2x twins that are next to each other, but are NOT connected. I'm not sure how this is particularly helpful when you need to put three kids with an adult, but booking.com will happily sell you that and the hotel will deliver it, and nobody will point out that it's not what you want. Hotel staff were not able to make any adjustments when we discovered it. The front desk staff are friendly, but easily overwhelmed. When we were there, the hotel was overrun with multiple large groups of 30 people logging the small lobby and backing up the elevators for a long time. As others have said, the elevators are tiny and slow. And while the inside placard says they're rated for 6 (skinny) people and 450kg, there are placards on the exterior of the doors saying 3 people and 300kg. So that's definitely not confidence inspiring. The room A/C was completely ineffective. Our vent was blowing 25C air and the room was warm and humid the whole time. Other guests mentioned the same in the elevators, so it seems like a hotel problem not a room problem. The location is pretty decent with quick and easy access to the S line trams and the train station. Various parts of Copenhagen city center are either walkable or only 1-2 stops away. Overall I think I'd try a different property next time, as this hotel is quite large and thus gets a lot of group traffic and it wasn't so great as to make that worth tolerating.

The room has not cooled for the last 5 hours since we have checked in. My wife had asked the front desk about the cooling issue and that they will send someone to look into it but have not sent anybody for the next hour! It seems it’s not a problem to them . You cannot be comfortable with this kind of room temperature even if you lower the thermostat to its lowest cooling point. It seems like it is a 5 star rating but it’s not. Ended up opening the window to get some fresh air , but temperature outside is 69 degrees Fahrenheit. This is my experience for this hotel. The check in staff was great other than that this it, you are on your own. Sometimes it’s better to choose a branded hotel rather than this type of hotels which have high ratings but and end up with discomfort and aggravation with room temperature. Other times one can complain about the services but if you’re trying to get some comfort and the room is your sanctuary for comfort , then you have a problem. Another hour have passed, no staff member have come to check our room temperature. I ended up opening the windows to get some fresh air. Tired and exhausted , trying to save myself from being rude and evil. Finally was moved to another room of the same floor luckily. The air was acceptably cooler than the previous. Able to rest even with a short hour, now early dawn going to the airport to catch our flight back to called home. So much for the bickering, live and learn!

Recently stayed 3 nights at this well located hotel. Appreciated that Oliver was quite helpful and professional in sorting out a subsequent room which the initial room didn’t meet my needs. Beds and linens very comfortable, clean bathroom. When notified the soap dispenser in the tub/shower was empty, it was immediately corrected. Excellent choices at breakfast and nice long window of time to enjoy it. All staff very friendly and welcoming.
