Lovely staff! Perfectly placed - walking distance to central part of Copenhagen plus Nørrebro and Østerbro. Plenty of cafés, restaurants and fast food nearby, which you are welcome to eat in the hotel, including the roof terrace. Absolutely reasonable price for Copenhagen as well. If I really have to find some cons - the beds are too soft for my back, and Nørrebrogade is a major road into Copenhagen, so expect a bit of noise, but apart from that...
Overall, we liked the hotel. The value for money is really good, and the location is excellent – it could hardly be better. When booking, we were informed that it is not possible to choose between twin beds and a double bed unless an additional fee is paid per night. We accepted this condition. Upon arrival, we were given a room with a double bed. Although the room was somewhat smaller than we had expected, it was still sufficient for our stay. Our friends, who had booked single rooms, received rooms that were noticeably larger and better than ours, appearing brighter and more comfortable. This showed us that the rooms in the hotel vary considerably in size and quality. The shower in our room also did not function perfectly and could be checked when convenient. Despite these minor points of criticism, we would gladly recommend the hotel because of its excellent location and very good value for money. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would consider staying at the hotel again.
Hotel Nora exceeded my expectations. It was much nicer than the photos suggested. The rooms are understated yet elegant, with a distinctly Copenhagen feel. Everything is thoughtfully and sustainably organized, and the rooftop terrace is a dream. Very hyggelig and cozy, yet surprisingly quiet. The location is perfect for exploring the city by bike – I could easily reach great flea markets, the waterfront, exhibitions, and the city center. Nørrebro itself is a wonderful neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it!
I stayed with my friend for one night in Hotel Nora. Athmosphere was relaxed and easy-going and if you visit, you must check the roof terrace and have a drink in the sunset. Our room was good, but the AC was tricky to use for us. Breakfast was exellent, you pick from the list what you want to eat, and the staff serve you the food. Tomato-mozzarella salad was juicy!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nora! It’s a lovely little hotel that’s super conveniently located near the center and is right near buses that take you everywhere around the city. The room was comfortable and new, and we loved breakfast each morning. To reduce waste, they have you select the items you want for breakfast and then every morning bring you everything in your booked-in time slot. The complimentary glass of wine from 5–6 p.m. – which I’d recommend drinking up on the terrace – every evening was another special touch! We’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.
