From the moment we arrived, the NH Grand Joanne impressed us with its unbeatable location, stylish atmosphere, excellent dining, and outstanding service, making it one of the highlights of our visit to Copenhagen. The NH Grand Joanne is an excellent hotel right in the heart of Copenhagen, perfectly located close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and other services. It is just a 3-minute walk from the central train station and around 10 minutes on foot from Tivoli Gardens. The hotel’s interiors are stylish and very well maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The rooms are comfortable and cosy, with enormous beds that provide excellent comfort, while the bathrooms stand out for their unique and distinctive design. The restaurant was outstanding. We tried the Ragu Pasta and the Beef Tenderloin, both of which were exceptionally well prepared and full of flavour. The breakfast was also very good, with both buffet options and à la carte service available, offering a great variety of choices to start the day. The lobby bar offers a great selection of drinks, making it a pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Most importantly, the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend the NH Grand Joanne to anyone visiting Copenhagen and looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with excellent service.
The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced! There was a fantastic selection of savory and healthy options, but what really stood out to me were the pancakes,perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. I also loved the decoration, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a high standard. Overall, a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.
I really love this place! It is so cozy and I feel home. The service is also very nice. They have a gem of a rooftop with nice snacks. I also had dinner with friends in their Italian restaurant and the tiramisu is to die for! I will be back and highly recommend !
We stayed a few nights and had a fantastic stay here. The interior design is great. Vibes are great. Staff is great. Gym looks very cool and fits the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. Rooms, like most european hotels, are quite small but we managed to fit 2 carry ons and 2 checked bags. But we had to climb over most of them. We knew what we signed up for here. The rooms come with a card to leave on the door to say you don't want housekeeping service the next day. They give you a drink comp each day you turn it down. We used them at the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar also has great vibes and cool views.
Hotel is conveniently located near a main train station and Metro station. Very near Tivoli too. The room was excellent, bed was very comfy, and the gym was very well kitted out including towels and water. The reception staff were very kind and helpful. Will definitely choose to stay here next time I'm in Copenhagen.
