Paying 360eur/night for this hotel is a crime. If this hotel usually costs 50 eur/night it can be accepted but still better alternatives can be found. Rooms are old, bed is a sinkhole with recent top mattress placed on old worn out matress . Impossible to sleep properly and comfortably. Worn out and stained carpets. Bathroom is a real gem from 1980. Microscopic shower, absolutely no water pressure and alternating temperature makes this the worse experience I had in last decade. Breakfast is passable, if one is really hungry only awful filtered coffee from a large distributor. Windows don't close properly, no aircon in rooms. If you are a business traveller best to avoid this hotel at all cost.
The hotel’s location is very close to the train station and tivoli garden. Hot filter coffee was always available at the hotel, and the breakfast was quiete generous. Since I had plenty of time before my flight, they took my lunggage for free, which gave me the opportunity to explore the city a bit more.
I had a very pleasant stay at the Good Morning City Copenhagen Hotel. The location is superb, being only minute away from the train station, and surrounded by plethora of different good restaurants within walking distance. There are also several convenience stores around. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Always with a smile which felt welcoming. The rooms were good for the purpose, some wear and tear, but decent. Personally i didn't find the beds to be extremely comfortable to sleep in and the bathroom is just a tad on the smaller side - but in all - fairly good for its price. The breakfast was pretty decent, the usual continental offerings along with omelette, bacon etc. there were pancakes as well which were great! The hotel has a decent outdoor area as well, perfect for sunny days with a coffee. Also the little touches of personalized greeting on the bathroom mirror was lovely.
The hotel's location is very convenient. It's 30 minutes from the airport by bus and close to the underground station if you want to get around the city. It's close to what I discovered to be a ‘young’ neighbourhood, where there are several very interesting nightspots. If you're looking for a comfortable hotel, this is the one for you. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms are quite spacious with comfortable beds. The free Wi-Fi works very well. Unfortunately, my booking did not include breakfast, so I don't know about that. I'm pretty sure it's excellent, though. I really appreciated the message “Dear Jacopo, welcome :)” on the bathroom mirror, a nice touch! In conclusion, highly recommended!
