Reviews
The rooms were small, but they were very clean, and we were really satisfied with our stay. I also highly recommend trying the hotel’s breakfast. Tea and water were always available. The hotel also has a gym, and if you need an iron, they can provide one as well.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff who proactively offered me an early check-in when I arrived much earlier than the standard check-in time. After a long flight, being able to access my room and get some rest was greatly appreciated. Her kindness and thoughtfulness made a very positive first impression and truly enhanced my stay. Excellent service like this makes all the difference, and I would happily stay here again in the future.
A recommended stay in Kopenhagen, especially if you need parking. Staff was kind, breakfast blew away our expectations from rosebeef to mozzarella tomatoes, fresh sweet strawberries and great Danish pastries. Deduced a star because the room prices are high and the twin bed room we stayed at (201) had the tiniest narrowest beds we've ever seen in our lives with a tiny curtain shower.
Rooms are small, but clean. It is an old building, but kept in a good shape. Corridor on the top floor is extremely hot due to a sun roof. Free and fast wifi. Also, a home to a 3 star restaurant.
I really enjoyed my stay at Gentofte Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the check-in process very smooth. I also appreciated the complimentary coffee provided for guests—it’s a great addition. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good rest. It is a solid choice for anyone visiting the area and looking for a reliable place to stay.
